When you submit a form, contact us or book a call, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, location, website information, priority services, service areas and details about your business’s search visibility and growth goals.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare for calls, assess whether our services may be suitable, provide requested information and maintain ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and browser storage
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, page use, Search Visibility Audit submissions and clicks to our booking calendar. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. Analytics does not load when you decline.
Service providers
Website form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Second Chair Growth. Appointment bookings are processed through Google Calendar and Google Workspace. Optional website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and safeguards
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations and legitimate business recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also choose not to submit the website form and contact us directly.
